At ZuruCosmetics, we want your beauty tools to reach you safely and on time. We currently offer delivery across Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Delivery Charges

A 26 SAR delivery charge applies to each order. This charge covers order confirmation, follow-up, order packing, and delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weekends, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, our team may contact you to confirm your order and delivery details. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct when placing your order.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders in Saudi Arabia. There is 0% COD tax.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate Saudi Arabian delivery address, including your city, area, street, building or house number, and contact number. ZuruCosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

If a delivery is delayed because the customer cannot be reached, provides incorrect information, or is unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

Returns

If you need to return an eligible order, a 7.5 SAR return charge applies. Returns are subject to our Return & Replacement Policy.
